Athletic Training Services

Initial Consultation
This one hour session includes medical history, baseline measurements, body composition, blood pressure, resting metabolic state, strength and flexibility assessment, and result compilation.

Exercise Sessions
Each session runs approximately 1 hour.
All exercise programs are designed to be continuously varied and based on a periodization of 6 weeks or more.

Program Sessions
Program can be either 4 or 6 weeks in length. Written programs include exercise description, weights, reps, sets, and intervals. Additional equipment needed is additional cost based on individual needs.

Public Speaking Cheryl's availble for public speaking engagements. She has lectured nationally sports med, strength and cond, nutrition, contact directly fees and compensation.

Gym Designs
If you are interested in building a gym or just looking to select gym equipment that best suits your home needs, allow me to give you some expert advice and help design the workout space for you. Fee is negotiable based on needs.
